As part of our International Internship program, you’ll be working with our local teams, and assisting them in their everyday tasks, as well as special seasonal projects. This will give you very interesting insights, experience, and exposure to the Latin American business environment.
The headquarters of our company is located in Lima, Peru. Lima is the capital and one of the most important cities in South America for businesses. It is also perfect for intercultural exchange, meeting new people, and getting to experience the Latin American way of living.
If you are not able to travel to Peru, you can also apply for a virtual internship in the area you prefer. All you need is access to a computer/laptop with internet, and a microphone for calls and meetings. This is the perfect option if you’re currently studying and would like to gain experience.
You don’t need to have any previous work experience to apply for this internship. We value your interest and willingness to learn about business in Latin America, as well as its culture.

We ask that all of our virtual interns have access to reliable wifi and a personal laptop/computer and microphone. Also, we might require some apps to be downloaded such as Zoom Meetings, etc.
If you are looking to take part on our in-person, Lima Internship, we encourage all applicants to research if your country requires a tourist Visa to enter Peru. If so, a tourist visa would be enough.

Yes! We welcome all candidates. You don’t need to have past work experience, we focus on your education and overall background including soft-skills. All applicants are reviewed and evaluated equally, and we value your willingness to learn and interest in the business industry in Latin America.
We understand and encourage all our in-person interns to travel and visit places around the country, as well as to participate in cultural and recreational activities in Lima, the capital. We ask that you coordinate directly with your manager and show them your travel schedule/ availability.
No, our only language requirement is to be fluent in English. This means that you should be able to communicate in English, both in written and spoken at high proficiency.
