COVID19 in Peru – Status Update Announcement

At Easyco, we are continuing to update our clients and customers in regards to the COVID-19 developments in our markets.

The Peruvian state of emergency began on 15 March 2020, when President Martín Vizcarra announced a country-wide lockdown, closing borders, restricting domestic travel, and forbidding nonessential business operations.

Starting on June 17, Public Registries along with several other government agencies have reopened and started providing their services, which also include company formation application reviewal and approval. All pending applications from our clients, have now officially started processing again. Although the state of emergency is expected to continue until the end of the year, Easyco’s services are now operating as authorized by the Peruvian government.

Easyco is committted to closely monotoring and updating all of our employees, partners and clients of its status with COVID-19.
